DescriptionPosition Details :
• Title: Service Department Administrative Assistant• Location: Beltsville, MD• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm• Travel: Minimal• Compensation: $65-80k• Benefits: Health insurance and paid vacation as well as opportunities to grow within the company
Position Description :
• Work closely with the Glass and Door Operations Managers on client scheduling, ensuring manpower, equipment, and materials are in place for smooth project execution• Use email templates and AI tools to respond quickly and efficiently to client inquiries, maintaining high standards of service while streamlining communication• Facilitate communication between office and installation crews, fostering a positive and respectful work environment• Build leadership skills to effectively command respect and support the installation teams, providing guidance and managing crew schedules as needed• Coordinate project details with clients, providing clear and timely updates to enhance client satisfaction• Maintain organized project documentation, tracking job progress, status updates, and client communication history
Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)• Familiarity with email management, including the use of templates and AI tools for efficient client response• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working with office staff and field crews• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing schedules in a deadline-driven environment• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong willingness to learn
