Position Purpose:
Creates and integrates architecture guidelines, standards, and common services to support project integration requirements. Provides expertise on decisions and priorities regarding overall business systems architecture. Plans, coordinates, and develops activities related to the integration of software programs, applications, and third-party solutions to meet the business requirements of the organizations. Provide integrated process consulting that intersects business architecture needs with new or different technologies to enhance current business processes and support overall corporate and business goals.
Enforces integration related standards, guidelines, and principles.
Provides subject matter expertise regarding integration architecture.
Enforces the integration architecture standards, working with Business, Application, and Operations counterparts to assure integration standards and consistency.
Develops and maintains reference architecture documentation that maps data flow between information systems and business applications.
Assists in building of integration architecture information blueprints and models that illustrate how integration of software programs, applications, and third-party solutions is to be done.
Leads integration architecture and related discussions for new initiatives.
Participates in integration related enterprise architecture discussions and align to enterprise goals.
Collaborates on integration-related business requirements and perform integration architecture reviews.
Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Complies with all policies and standards.
Education/Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
Requires 4 – 6 years of related experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
Technical Skills:
One or more of the following skills are desired:
API Design: Understanding of RESTful API principles and best practices.
Containerization: Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their deployment.
Microservices: Knowledge of microservices architecture and its implications for design and deployment.
Event-Driven Architecture: Understanding of event-driven patterns and their use in building scalable systems.
Cloud Computing: Understanding of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including services, deployment models, and best practices.
DevSecOps: Familiarity with integrating security practices throughout the software development lifecycle, including automated security testing, vulnerability scanning, and compliance monitoring.
Databases: Knowledge of various database types (relational, NoSQL) and their appropriate use cases.
Networking: Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls) and their impact on application architecture.
Security: Awareness of security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection.
Data Management: Knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, and data integration techniques.
Soft Skills:

Pay Range: $98,900.00 - $183,100.00 per year
