Project:
The BDA will work on a program that will consolidate all Consumer Communications into a central organization and platform.
Responsibilities:Understand and document the business requirements based on the customer’s needs. This includes understanding and evaluating the request, the business process or use case, and general system capabilitiesResearch and gain a high-level understanding of Data Elements and SourcesPresentation and Handoff to ITDevelop QA and User Acceptance Plan (UAT) and Testing in coordination with project and business leadsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree3+ years of experience leading data related initiatives (system integration, data warehouse build, data mart build or related) and a proven track record of exceeding expectations on this initiativesAbility to write/understand complex SQL queries involving advanced unions, joins, aggregations, and groups3+ years of business analyst experience3+ years of QA/UAT experienceNice to Have:
Adobe Experience Platform or Adobe Journey OptimizerETL experienceExperience with Healthcare dataExperience with marketing or reporting capabilitiesStrong Communication skillsProject management experienceJSONAzureSAS
