Our Columbus, Ohio client has a contract need for an

OCM Training Lead

who will lead the development of a training strategy, plans and materials with the associated deliverables. These deliverables would include but are not limited to:

Develop a comprehensive Training strategyDevelop a comprehensive training planDevelop a training curriculum (Internal/External)Develop master training delivery scheduleEnd user training and support materials**This role is on-site (with hybrid options)

Qualifications:

This individual must have strong project management and planning skills. They must be comfortable and adept at communications (formal and informal) and have a solid understanding of training strategies.They must be comfortable and effective in building relationships across the organizational spectrum, including executive (C-level) communication.They must be able to manage and leverage existing resources and dispersed often "dotted line" non OCM team members.This is a "hands on" role and includes deliverables development as well as strategy development and planning. This role will be under the direction and guidance of the program owner.Demonstrated 5+ years of experience working with Organizational Change Management Training tools and techniques, including:

Expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities such as OCM communication, OCM Training and OCM Readiness.Experience in a framework for managing the effect of new business processes, new technology or changes in organizational culture within an enterprise.Proven experience in creating and delivering engaging training programs.Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to captivate and engage diverse audiences.The candidate should also have experience with design and development of Training Plans and MaterialsThe candidate must be technology aware and should have experience with technology projects.

Responsibilities:

During the lifecycle of the program the OCM Training lead will:

Develop an organizational change approach for varied complexity projects or program workstreams using a defined methodology, including sponsorship, communications, training, reinforcement, and resistance managementDevelop training strategy, plans and materialsCollaborate with project stakeholders (business users, HR professionals, IT) to identify user-specific training needs based on roles, functionalities, and desired outcomes. Assess current skill levels and learning preferences to design appropriate training programsAlign learning strategies, plans and activities to tell a cohesive story across the entire program.Develop and define strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps for learningPartnering with clients or project team to develop resistance, sponsorship, and communication issue mitigation plansMaintain a high degree of cross-functional team coordination
