The Opportunity:
The
Field Service Coordinator
is responsible for the direction of employees and resources to perform duties associated with field service operations including tank cleaning, equipment & facility decontamination and emergency response.

Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
Responsible for the cost-effective coordination and direction of field personnel and equipment to complete assigned field service projects and emergency response.
Responsible for acquiring the appropriate equipment through authorized means
Create the daily schedule with an accurate run rate
Ensure all rolling stock equipment is properly permitted and maintained for operation
Direct field personnel in the operational procedures to complete assignments
Understand the manpower and equipment requirements to complete field service projects and emergency response
Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Knowledge of Clean Harbor Field Services
3+ years’ experience in environmental field service operations
Adaptable to change and ability to streamline project work
Knowledge of various types of equipment
Proficiency in Windows based applications
Ability to understand issues and resolve/address strategically
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of Federal, state and local environmental regulations as well as Clean Harbors policies and procedures related to field operations
Strong customer management/customer service skills
Per respirator requirements, must maintain a clean-shaven face
