THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an experienced Director, Global Field and Partner Marketing Leader, with 10 years of proven experience in either field or channel marketing focused roles. The ideal candidate has led a field and channel marketing team with many years. In this role, you will be managing our current team of field marketers across the globe, building the team to scale with sales & channel resources, and also executing on our partner marketing strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead a global team of Field & Partner Marketing ManagersDrive the creation of annual and quarterly plans aligned to pipeline and bookings targets and overall business goalsAct as a player coach directly executing and owning your marketing strategy focused on top partners, accounts, industries and segmentsDevelop & maintain a deep understanding of partner business strategies and objectivesDevelop the partner program, co-marketing strategy with our top Tier partners, and co-marketing campaigns that can be leveraged by our partner ecosystem.Establish & support relationships with sales leadership and partner marketing teams.Manage the overall field and partner marketing budget and ROI metricsRequirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in B2B Cybersecurity or B2B SaaS5-10 years leading and building field and channel marketing teamsExperience with Trace3, Guidepoint, and World Wide Technology and ideally AWSStrong attention to marketing ROI and metrics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.25% travel requirement.COMPENSATION INFORMATION:
In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
