Job Summary
The primary responsibilities of the position include maintaining the weekly routine for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and daily/weekly sales auditing. The finance department seeks a motivated, detail oriented individual looking for a versatile position with the opportunity for growth. To perform this job successfully, candidates should have strong planning and organization skills, an aptitude for problem solving, solid written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate accountability for their performance. Accounts Payable Duties and Responsibilities Enter and Code invoices on a daily basis while developing knowledge of our database Participate in weekly meetings to discuss vendor payments Create a working relationship with vendors to effectively manage all accounts Utilize problem solving skills to troubleshoot items needing clarification Recognize the importance of the review process while being able to self-audit work Sales Audit Duties and Responsibilities Create daily sales flash comparing current and prior year while developing knowledge of store locations Review weekly paperwork to ensure accuracy of sales, customers, gift card transactions, and employee disbursements Display strong communication skills on enforcing company policies Develop the skills to independently research and resolve routine sales issues Utilize POS software and Excel to provide sales analytics Additional Responsibilities
Inventory Management/ Food Cost Analysis Manage A/R invoice production and collection Provide assistance with the weekly payroll process Contribute to cash management
