Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)Status: PRN - Weekend Availability (4-8 hours Saturday, 4-8 hours Sunday, with flexible scheduling)

Qualifications:
Graduate of an APTA-approved Physical Therapist Assistant program
Licensed or certified to practice in Illinois or Wisconsin
Adherence to APTA Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice
