Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team at ALSAC. This role will focus on managing, expanding, and enhancing a portfolio of workplace giving campaigns. In this position, you will be driving revenue and fostering strong relationships with corporate partners to support ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management:Serve as the primary Account Manager for a portfolio of workplace giving campaigns.Develop and execute measurable strategic account plans to expand workplace giving efforts in key ALSAC areas.Relationship Building:
Collaborate with the Director to maximize revenue potential and cultivate strong relationships across ALSAC and with corporate partners.Engage with area leaders to develop and deploy company-specific workplace-giving strategies and resources.Data-Driven Strategy:
Utilize data analytics to develop strategies that enhance outcomes within employee giving campaigns.Analyze performance metrics of workplace-giving partners and maintain accurate data in the DMS for current and prospective partners.Campaign Development:
Create and implement plans for workplace giving partners, including payroll deduction, matching gifts, workplace fundraisers, and other employee engagement events.Measure the progress and performance of these campaigns to ensure successful outcomes.Communication and Advocacy:
Demonstrate strong communication skills across various platforms, including electronic, written, face-to-face, telephone, and video conferences.Represent ALSAC/St. Jude at high-level corporate meetings, charity fairs, conferences, and other events to promote employee engagement programs.Knowledge and Expertise:
Maintain a thorough understanding of hospital activities, goals, and current medical research and advances.Stay informed about business developments, transactions, and changes in the corporate marketplace relevant to ALSAC/St. Jude.Stewardship Activities:
Assist in coordinating corporate employee engagement stewardship activities, such as lunches, dinners, receptions, hospital visits, patient interaction activities, and tours.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of experience in Development, including successful management experience.In-depth knowledge of Employee Engagement, Workplace Giving, and Matching Gift programs.Proven ability to work within a complex environment and demonstrate strong planning, organizing, managing, and facilitating skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, peers, and internal and external partners.Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to build successful relationships with supporters of ALSAC/St. Jude.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.This position is based in Memphis, TN at the National Executive Office and is eligible for hybrid work.
