Who You Are
The Enterprise Field Marketing Manager will lead the execution of targeted, account-based marketing (ABM) programs and events that support sales efforts, generate leads, and drive pipeline growth for their region. This role will focus on building strong partnerships with sales and marketing teams to execute personalized, account-based marketing strategies that meet the needs of their region. A successful candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, execution skills, and a data-driven approach to delivering marketing programs that generate results. This role will be based in Austin, Texas, and will report to the Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a region-specific marketing plan that aligns with the regional sales strategy and supports pipeline growthPartner closely with Field Sales, SDRs, and cross-functional teams to create growth strategies, drive engagement within high-value accounts, and support account-based marketing efforts using multiple channels, including digital, email, webinars, field events, and third-party programsPlan and manage regional in-person and virtual events to drive new opportunities, accelerate pipeline, and deepen client relationshipsSupport Corporate Event Marketing on National and Marquee events by partnering with sellers to strategize on pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up for improved engagement with top accounts and sales alignmentMeasure and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing activities on pipeline growth and buying group engagement for top accounts, providing actionable insights and regular updates to stakeholders and leadershipResearch and identify new opportunities across key industries and implement account-based marketing strategies to enhance personalization and engagementPreferred Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in field marketing, campaign marketing, or event marketing within the B2B tech or enterprise software spaceExpertise in planning and executing both in-person and virtual events, leveraging various marketing channels to drive engagement and attendanceStrong understanding of enterprise sales processes, the buyer's journey, and a proven track record of partnering with sales to achieve pipeline targetsExperience with ABM platforms like Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus for audience segmentation and account-level engagement measurement, along with proficiency in Marketo (or other comparable MAP/ESP) and SalesforceData-driven with the ability to analyze marketing performance and adapt strategies based on insights and feedbackExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, fast-paced environmentsProven ability to apply creativity and passion to marketing programs and projects, with strong attention to detail, follow-up, budgeting, and time management skillsAbility to manage contractors and collaborate effectively with all levels across the organization, as well as with clients and prospectsWillingness to travel up to 20%, based on business needs
$85,000 - $95,000 a year
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes a bonus plan, equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Ontic. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
