Job DescriptionAs a Sales Director within our Technology Consulting and Solutions division, you will be responsible for business development and account management. A successful Sales Director at Korn Ferry not only hunts for new business but builds internal and external relationships to add value and expansion of services. Our goal is to cultivate successful long-term relationships by being a strategic partner providing talent solutions and capabilities to accelerate strategies. Korn Ferry works with ¾ of the Fortune Best Companies and expected to continue our high standard solutions and representation.
Responsibilities
Prospect for potential clients using various direct methods such as calling, face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking. Build rapport with client leadership ( CIO, VP level contacts ) within existing accounts to increase partnership opportunitiesBusiness Development Mindset & ExecutionDeliver exceptional service, remain engaged with all clients, and build a professional network that results in further business opportunitiesActively sell against competitorsWork closely with the Korn Ferry recruiting team to deliver quality candidates to clientsCultivate successful long-term relationships with organizations to further establish Korn Ferry as a trusted staffing provider and advisor.Required Skills
Competitive/performance-oriented individual who is driven to achieve goalsHigh energy and always looking to improveSelf-starter that acts without being instructedStrong interpersonal skills in influencing decision makersPersistence and superb follow upGood verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree5 + years prior experience in sales within consulting, managed services, staffing, IT Services or similar.Proven track record of establishing relationships through business development, delivering, and expanding a book of businessUnderstanding of technology, trends, human capital management and organizational strategies
Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00Location Type: HybridState / Province: Minneapolis - St Paul, MinnesotaSalary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the requirements for the job posted. Korn Ferry offers competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.

Full time eligible employees will accrue sick time commencing on the first date of employment at the rate of 3.33 hours per pay period for an annualized maximum of 80 hours.
