Job Description:
We are looking for PT with both in and out-patient experience. The workload is about 50/50 between the two. Variable SCHEDULE WILL INCULUDE WEEKENDS

Overtime Policy:If the All Inclusive Hourly Rate in the Medefis Platform is ***/hour or less, Table 1 applies. If the Hourly Rate is *** or greater, Table 2 applies:
TABLE 1: Bill Rates up to ***/hour
The overtime rate for any hours worked in excess of 40 hours/week shall be billable at the Regular Hourly Rate plus ***/hr.The overtime rate for any hours worked in excess of 12 hours in a single day shall be billable at the Regular Hourly Rate plus ***/hr.The holiday rate shall be defined as the Regular Hourly Rate plus ***/hr.The on-call rate shall be defined in the Job Posting.The call-back rate shall be equal to the holiday rate***
TABLE 2: Bill Rates at or above ***/hour

Note: For any 10-hour or 12-hour shifts, the Agency is to invoice MMH the All-Inclusive Rate for the entire shift. There is no elevated billing allowed for hours 9, 10, 11 & 12.

Hospital orientation will be paid in full.
The facility prefers credentialing be sent in one batch. It is acceptable and encourage to provide updates but please send compliance all at the same time once completed.
