Responsibilities Position Summary: Under the general direction of the Helping Hands Supervisor the Intake/Case Coordinator is responsible for assessing client eligibility annual reassessments providing community resources and follow-up and community program education. Responsible for daily operations of the Pantry program. Other duties as assigned. Dignity Health - St. Rose Dominican continues to meet the community's health needs in a variety of ways based on a commitment to promote wholeness of body, mind and spirit in an atmosphere of collaboration. Artie J. Cannon Helping Hands of Henderson Provides transportation services to Henderson residents 60 and older for medical appointments, shopping, and errands to help individuals maintain independence and live in their homes unassisted. Also provides Golden Grocery and senior food pantry services. Qualifications Minimum: Minimum of 1 year experience in intake coordination. High School diploma or equivalent. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Requires written verbal and organizational skills. Typing ability of 50 wpm heavy filing computer literate able to utilize Microsoft Office 2003 programs. Must have own vehicle to travel in for work. Drivers license. Preferred Qualifications: Associate Degree or higher in Social Service fields. BLS and First Aide certification.
