The role:Lead the design, development, and testing of our systems and servicesWrite, test, and deploy efficient, scalable code to productionEnsure that our codebase remains easy to change and is always shippableDeliver highly available services in a production environment and be responsible for their monitoringParticipate in a 24/7 pager-rotation for services that the team developsGenerate ideas for new initiatives and technologiesMentor other engineers, support the technical culture, and help grow the teamCollaborate with product and design on new initiatives and featuresWhat you'll need:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.6+ years programming experience, ideally on a modern stack.Hands-on experience with Continuous Delivery principles and techniques, including unit testing and build & deploy pipelines.Ability to lead and influence a team's technical directionDemonstrated expertise with data store and cloud technologies, ideally within a microservice architectureDemonstrated ability to design resilient software components within a distributed system.Demonstrated experience with monitoring and alerting tools
Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and location.

$153,600-$264,000 USD
