Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations, the Senior Business Intelligence & Data Analyst will serve as a key member of the Revenue Operations team providing insights and recommendations to business stakeholders based on analysis of large data sets. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced BI tools, such as Tableau, to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various departments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Salesforce, Excel or other tools to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.Create comprehensive reports that summarize findings and present actionable recommendations to senior management.Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as the primary liaison between business units and the BI team, ensuring a clear understanding of data requirements and business objectives.Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and communicate findings.Provide ongoing support to stakeholders by addressing questions, offering insights, and guiding data-driven decision-making processes.Data Governance:
Establish and enforce data quality standards and governance policies to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data across BI platforms.Collaborate with Business Systems and data management teams to streamline data integration processes and enhance data accessibility.Technical Expertise:
Evaluate and recommend new BI tools and technologies that can enhance data analysis capabilities and streamline reporting processes.Provide technical support and expertise to team members and stakeholders on BI tools, data visualization techniques, and data modeling best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BI tools and data sources.Project Management:
Lead and manage BI projects from concept to execution, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables align with business objectives.Track and report project progress, identifying potential roadblocks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.Strategic Insights & Recommendations:
Interpret data trends and make strategic recommendations that align with organizational goals and objectives.Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to provide insights that inform business strategies.Prepare and present findings to executive leadership, translating complex data into compelling narratives that support decision-making.Education, Experience, Skills, & Abilities
Bachelor's degree in business, finance computer science, mathematics, or related field with preference for Master's degree5+ years professional experience in business intelligence or data analysisExperience working in a SaaS company supporting major functional areas within an organizationExperience in Excel, Salesforce, Netsuite, Clari, and BI tools such as Tableau or similar platformsExperience with data visualization softwareExperience with statistical analysis, data mining and working with large data setsStrong working knowledge of data analysis and database engineering technologies etc.Ability to develop complex data models & provide key insights and interactive analytics in near real-time to stakeholders and practitionersExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionallyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWorking Conditions

The base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, Qualifications, Geographical Location, Education/certifications, Experience, Skill Sets, Training, and other business and organizational needs.
At Bugcrowd, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for the position of Senior Business Intelligence & Data Analyst is: $122,700 - $130,000.
This position may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program or commission plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
