Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a best-in-class enterprise-wide Talent Organization! Our team is highly engaged, passionate about relentlessly sourcing top talent pools, and driven to ensure the process is exceptional for candidates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and select top talent across all levels of the global organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for recruitment, a profound understanding of the talent market, and the capability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain best-in-class transformational talent.Lead and manage the global talent acquisition team, driving KPIs, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and implement data-driven improvements.Enhance efficiencies in the TA process, leveraging AI and other cutting-edge tools with a focus on continuous improvement.Collaborate with leaders and HRBPs to understand and build strategies for their workforce development plans and hiring projects.Coach the team to build and maintain diverse talent pipelines of exceptional candidates from early career to leadership roles, through use of CRM technology and other proactive sourcing and networking techniques.Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and hosted recruiting events to attract top talent.Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Champion inclusion in all recruitment efforts.Job Qualifications:

Preference for a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience.Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Leader or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent market trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), AI technologies and other recruitment tools.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
