General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Patient Diagnoses include all protentional Med Surg diagnoses; Skills and Knowledge required include Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac, Nasal Cannula, High Flow Nasal Cannula, Chest Tubes, Starting IVs, PICC Line Management, Blood Product Administration, Feeding Tube Care and Management
Ratio / Census: 1:6; 32 Rooms with average daily census of 29
Unit Systems: Epic (Required), Pyxis, SBAR
Scrub Color: Navy Blue
RTO: MAX 7 days
Weekends: Every other weekend
Floating: Yes
Call Requirements: None
Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.
