Description Position at Walnut Creek Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Walnut Creek Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Walnut Creek CARN, Subacute Unit Manager$55-$58/hour DOEPosition Overview:The primary role of the RN, Subacute, Unit Manager is to manage and supervise staff, monitor patients, implement treatments, develop patient care plans for long term needs, administer medications, follow up with families and provide the highest quality of care to all patients while staying in compliance with current federal, state, guidelines, and company's regulations in the high acuity subacute unit. Qualifications:Current, unencumbered, RN license in California1-3 years of Nursing Supervisor/Management experience in a post-acute, subacute, skilled nursing facility, LTC or Hospital.High acuity experience, (patients using ventilators and those with tracheostomy tubes)Strong communication, excellent customer service, teamwork and organizational skills.Benefits:We offer a competitive compensation package, healthcare benefits and excellent career growth opportunities.
