Construction Project Administrator

Responsibilities but not limited to:
Organize, file, and maintain architectural and engineering drawings and documentation to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company standards.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits for project teams, ensuring all logistical needs are met.Assist in identifying required materials and products by maintaining inventory records and processing purchase orders accurately.Support the preparation and coordination of permit applications and bidding packages, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and submitted on time.Help compile and assemble construction bidding packages, ensuring all components are accurate and professionally presented.Manage and track project-related payments, including processing invoices for outsourced professional services and general contractors.Assist in compiling and organizing refrigeration and equipment packages, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.Provide administrative support for drafting preliminary CAD drawings and millwork detail drawings, including document preparation and distribution.Qualifications / Skills:
Associate’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred1-3 years of administrative experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of AutoCAD or other CAD software a plusFamiliarity with project management tools and software preferredStrong organizational skills with attention to detailFluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skillsBilingual in English and Korean preferredBenefits:
