Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.QUALIFICATIONSHigh school Diploma or GEDAdministrative Management ExperienceWorking knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Publisher, Email, and Search Tools)Supervisory experiencePhone, Client, Organizational, Customer Service/Communication skillsEmployment contingent upon successful completion of a background checkValid Arizona driver's license with clean MVRRESPONSIBILITIESAssist with set up and assembly of kettles and standsParticipate in hiring, selection, supervision, training, and scheduling bell ringers and driversAssist with orientation and processing of hire paperwork in conjunction with Human ResourcesCoordinate, schedule, seek out volunteers, and service clubs for various location coverageAssist with preparation and distribute initial contact letters with participating storesAssist in meeting with store managers, working out details for scheduling, special needs, stand storage, etc.Set up stands at participating stores prior to start seasonAssist with scheduling and drop off and pick up routes for staff and kettles/standsRegularly review with Supervisor, kettle reports, identify employee income to cost ratios, determining appropriate fit for employee placementCollect stands at season end, making any necessary repairsAssist in writing end of season thank you letters to store managers and service clubs, providing total dollar amounts collectedWrite end of season briefPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSQualified individuals must be able to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
