This role demands excellent timeline management, business acumen, and professional communication skills. Travel is required a few times a month.
Key Responsibilities:
Program management
Manage a customer program life cycle from design, PPAP, safe launch, SOP, PCN, allocation and/or EOL by customer and by parts number.Conduct high level technical discussions with engineering to increase new opportunities.Can obtain program information from a customer to manage production pipe line (supply & demand) or new business opportunity.Manage customer programs information in Excel & PowerPoint in timely manner.Update monthly automotive market.Understand semiconductor supplier and customer market environment including acquisitions to maintain Macnica's position in a distribution market.Supply chain management
Ability to work with Material Planners to manage processing quote, customer forecast/orders, based on supplier lead time.Experience with facilitating trucking, expediting, pushing-out or cancelling P/O depending on customer requirements.Ability to manage supply and demand without creating short-supply or dead-inventory based on customer FCT.Ability to manage line down situation.Ability to manage aging inventory.Understand and manage all N.A. automotive logistics requirements including WMS, Label, barcode, and traceability to meet customer needs.RFQ & Credit requirements
Experience negotiating and managing RFQ & cost reduction based on customer programs to meet customer requirements.Analyze and calculate cost, resales, profitability and/or usage.Manage profitability during a cost negotiation.Pricing
Ability to negotiate annual cost reduction between customer and supplier to increase sales & profitability.Ability to propose appropriate RFQAbility to create and accurately and organize customer data leveraging Excel.Reporting
Update daily & weekly activities without delay in timely manner.Update, review and manage Weekly POS, BKLG, INV to meet a company goal.Update, review and manage monthly, quarterly, yearly forecast with suppliers.Quality Responsibility

Experience: 3-5+ years in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on automotive accounts, preferably in an account management role.Experience working with T1/T2 Automotive accountsIndustry Knowledge: Proficient in understanding and articulating the role of distributors and executing responsibilities within the semiconductor and automotive markets.Risk Management: Strong aptitude for risk management, aligned with the semiconductor QCDD standards.Compensation:
Pay: $100K - $120K per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
