About this position:The Administrative Specialist oversees natural gas flow calculations for transmission, storage, and production, documenting meter calibrations, managing compliance software, scheduling gas sampling, and handling data collection. About this job: Plan, maintain and coordinate calendars and schedule various meetingsCode and process incoming invoicesEnsure employee time is entered and coded correctlyCollects, analyzes, edits and stores electronic and chart measurement informationMaintain maintenance and call out logs for production system farm tapsEnsures Bureau of Land Management complianceAssists in gas measurement auditsManages TESTit production software system and FlowCal gas measurement systemProficient in working with Transmission and Production gas SCADA systemsConstructs reports and documents utilizing Microsoft Office programsWorks closely with field personnel to identify metering problemsComplete monthly and annual reporting, verify receipt point and delivery point system balances and other miscellaneous reportingRespond to meter validation errorsGenerate and review gas measurement prior period adjustmentsAssist with annual reportingAssist in development and implementation of systems that fulfill the mission and the goals of the department efficiently and effectively.Communicate regularly with other departments, groups, and staff within the organizationMost of the time is spent working in an office environment utilizing office resources with occasional walking, lifting, and/or carrying of lightweight office materials and computer equipmentComplete administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing files and correspondencePrepare conference room and office for internal and external meetings, lunches, visits, etc. Purchase and maintain inventory of office and kitchen suppliesPreform other duties as assignedAll NorthWestern Energy employees are required to adhere to company safety standards and the Code of Business Conduct & EthicsEnsure actions are consistent with NorthWestern Energy's values, mission, and strategic business objectives Am I right for this job?
