Job Description: - This role requires a commitment to work two of the following periods: Thanksgiving and the weekend after, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and the weekend after, or New Year's Eve/New Year's Day and the weekend after.- The selected candidate must be willing to work every other weekend and participate in holiday rotation.- COVID vaccination is required, with the dose date on or after 10/3/23. Exemption forms are available with provider/religious leader signatures. If approved, the traveler will wear a mask at all times on-site.- The facility mandates specific interview dates/times of availability. Anytime will not be accepted.- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.- Travelers are not allowed to work in conjunction with another permanent placement or travel assignment. Schedule accommodations, like block scheduling, will not be considered.- Include the candidate's work history, relevant skills checklist (from the past year), one supervisory signed reference (from the past two years), and current license/certifications with the profile submission.- Note and verify any requested time off during the assignment with the profile submission. No more than five days of requested time off will be accepted.- An 8-hour non-billable orientation is required.
