Clinician Responsibilities
Provides diagnosis, treatment, therapy, and management of patients according to current standards of care utilizing best practices recommendationUtilizes evidence-based care processes for cost-effective and efficient use of lab, radiology, and extended service providersCollaborates with the patient’s primary care provider and provides direction and advice to other OC3 providers on any complex issues or casesProvide guidance to nursing personal on treatment plans and care coordinationMaintains knowledge of, and teach such to other OC3 providers, STAR, HEDIS, and medical coding and diagnosis requirements

Required Qualifications:
Current NP/ PA license in the state of Nevada or ability to attainBoard Certified or in the process of obtaining certificationGreater than 3 years of experience in providing Medicare yearly exams under a Global Risk/Medicare Advantage Model
Mastery of coding and documentation with ability to teach to othersExperience with training and/or personnel management
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluency in EMR systems & technology
Nevada Residents Only:
The salary range for Nevada residents is $109,513 to $147,146 per year.
