**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours per week

**Certifications:** ACLS, BLS, PALS
**Must-Have:**- At least 1 year of experience in Endoscopy- Experience with ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography)- Completion of procedure sedation class- Completion of modules prior to the assignment- Completion of the Dysphagia (DYS) Exam (Basic) with a pass within 24-48 hours prior to acceptance
**Job Description:**- Manage endoscopy procedures including polypectomy, foreign body retrieval, colonoscopy, endoscopy, and EGD with dilation- Provide care for patients undergoing procedures such as Barrett's esophagus treatment- Work in a facility with 3 procedure rooms, 8 pre-op beds, and 4 post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) beds- Utilize Cerner for electronic medical records- Collaborate with a charge nurse and endoscopy techs for room turnovers- Participate in an on-call rotation, including one weekend per month (Friday evening to Monday morning) and one holiday during the contract duration- Float as needed to an outpatient surgery center or pre/post-surgical inpatient area- Attend floor-specific orientation for 2 days with a preceptor- Wear provided scrub color during shifts- Access to 24/7 respiratory therapy and pharmacy services
