Shift: 36 hrs/week, Day/Night, 12 hr shifts per week 0700-1930 and 1900-0730, with 2-3 weekends in each 6 week schedule. Flexibility is required per operational needs of department.
Experience:Level 4 NICU experience required, or level III that included some surgical and trach vent managementExperience with post-op patients, g-tubes, trach/vents, various modes of invasive/noninvasive ventilationTraveler must have completed two years in an acute care setting in addition to at least one year in a level IV NICU or level III NICU meeting above requirements
Licensure and Certification:Traveler must have Wisconsin Registered Nurse license or compact license from their permanent address state.BLS must be certified through American Heart Association ONLYPALS - must be certified through American Heart Associate ONLYNRP required
