Responsibilities:
Manage Plant Operations, Maintenance, Environmental Services, Safety, and Security activities within established standard and Guidelines, PAM Health Policies and procedures, and budgetary limitations.Conduct inspections and maintain the facility and equipment to ensure that all aspects of the environment of Care, Life Safety Code, and interim Life Safety Code are achieved.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree is preferred.Community electrical maintenance license if required.Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification desired.Minimum of five years of related experience required.Hospital maintenance experience required.Must be familiar with JACHO, NFPA, & OSHA regulations.
