THE ROLEDevelop and continuously improve LLM methods for zero-shot retrieval, hybrid semantic search, and document analysisImplement domain-specific pretraining and fine-tuning of LLMs to enhance accuracy in specific tasks.Design LLM agents that produce high-quality, long-form work outputs.Rapidly prototype and integrate new product features for customer-specific projects.Create robust evaluation protocols that combine human preference judgments with synthetic data.YOUR EXPERIENCE
Extensive experience working with LLMs and NLP/NLU models (OCR/computer vision experience is a plus).Excited about redefining knowledge work through AI.Strong ability to translate open-ended problems into actionable goals and execute them swiftly.Excellent communicator with both technical and strategic expertise.Thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment; previous experience in a start-up environment.Work technically hands-on in a player-coach model ; having both leadership and a strong technical background
