What You Will Be Doing:To maintain a safe, organized, clean and functional Parts Inventory SystemOrder all parts for inventory in a timely manner, receive them and catalog their arrivalCounts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory recordsProvide support to the maintenance department by processing all paperwork, creating/running reports, and tracking parts usageCompares inventories to office records or computes figures from records such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventoryMaintain usage log and remove obsolete items from inventory with oversight from Chief Engineer#LI-FS1
What We Need From You:
Ability to independently manage time and set prioritiesMust be well organized and computer literateMust be able to lift 50 lbs.High School Diploma/GED or equivalent is preferred1+ years' experience with ordering and/or purchasing, preferably within MRO or maintenance1+ years' experience in inventory and parts-room management
