Basic FunctionProvides exceptional service to all guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner at all our outlets: La Cascada Table & Bar, Double L Pool Bar, La Tienda and our beverage carts.SkillsMinimum of 2 years in a front of house role at a full-service restaurant is a must.Willingness to be taught food preparation, cash handling, labor management, and inventoryDemonstrates the ability learn, train and motivate employees

Job ResponsibilitiesTrain and develop all team members, all while developing self.Follows food safety and sanitation guidelinesWill be trained on how to read Profit and Loss StatementsManage inventory and complete weekly & daily reportingDeliver excellent guest service as you supervise the restaurant teamManage the opening and closing of La Cascada Table & BarMaintain product quality and accurate inventoryFollow cash handling procedures, ordering, invoice management, reporting and general securityBe comfortable sharing your knowledge about our ingredients, entrees and other menu itemsTreat each guest / member like they are family by giving them outstanding and friendly serviceDevelop a positive working relationship with team members, vendors, and guestsMaintain confidential informationFollow and enforce company policies, programs, and compliancesMust be willing to help servers, bartenders and dining room attendants when busy

Qualifications2+ years of experience in a full-service restaurantMust have a current T.A.B.C & Texas Food Manager CertificationA satisfactory background check requiredAble to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time, move/lift items some of which may be heavy up to 50 lbs.Willingness to work varied hours and days. Including nights, weekends, and holidaysMinimum age of 21
