Manager, Systems Engineering - Enterprise BrowserWe are looking for a technical leader to join our team as a Manager, Systems Engineering. In this role, you will lead a team of System Engineers in providing technical expertise and guidance to our customers' network security and zero trust journey. Your responsibilities will include building customer relationships, evangelizing our industry leadership in cybersecurity solutions, and developing your team to be solution experts. This position requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to work closely with sales and product management teams.Your ResponsibilitiesRecruit, hire, and develop a team of System EngineersCollaborate with sales and product management teamsProvide technical leadership in customer interactions and presentationsDrive technical validation and PoC win rates for Network Security solutionsBuild and maintain relationships with key customersLead conversations on industry trends and competitor offeringsSupport product teams in building requirements and roadmap development for our network security customersYour QualificationsExperience managing customer-facing sales engineering or solutions architect teams5+ years experience in sales engineering within Zero Trust, Networking, Network Security, SaaS Security or SSE/SASEStrong understanding of NGFW, Network Security, SASE, CASB, Proxy, DLP and BYOD solutionsExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience leading large teams and managing resource efficiency
