Job Description
* Coordinates and facilitates routines to support reporting and delivery -e.g. process definition, status reviews, metric reporting, etc.* Plans and coordinates metric reporting across multiple teams* Facilitates dependency management /impediment removal for the defined metric reporting* Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across teams to support program reporting needs* Gathers/facilitates updates from source systems to obtain data extracts required to generate metric reporting* Ensures that reporting metrics aligned with requirements by working with stakeholders* Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards
Primary Skill Agile tools (Jira)Secondary SkillTableau
Required Skills * Advance excel user* Fluent in Jira; Confluence* Understand and user of Tableau reporting* Experience in working on project using matured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and models: i.e. Agile* Detailed Oriented* Strong communicator* Self-starter* Financial Services Industry Acumen
Desired Skills * 3-5 years Test experience* 3-5 years Banking domain experience; prefer prior BofA experience* 3-5 years hands on test execution experience in a CI/CD environment* 3-5 years of experience in software manual and automated testing* Perform test and impact analysis on feature and story level jiras* Create test metrics and report on test activities* Managing and maintaining testing-related documentation, including test plans and project plans* Experience coordinating tracking problems and communicating defects to developers as they occur* Communicate with program internal and external stakeholder on matters related to testing (integration/UAT/ E2E/ Regression etc..)* Working experience in a Global organization* Working experience with onshore/offshore model
