The

Product Marketing Manager

for Dealertrack is responsible for developing and maintaining product marketing plans to drive awareness, trial, adoption, and growth of new and existing products and services for Dealertrack, the automotive industry leader that continuously simplifies transactions to protect and grow the profits of dealers and lenders, from dealer operations to F&I, registration and title and more.

The ideal candidate will have experience in product, portfolio, or solutions marketing executing the go-to-market strategy for new products, orchestrating all functions within the marketing organization and a wide range of internal business stakeholders including Product Management, Product Readiness, Technology, Dealer/Commercial Sales, Client Experience, Internal Communications, and External Communications. This position reports to the Senior Manager Product Marketing, Dealertrack.

What You'll Do

Develops and oversees the product marketing approach for a suite of products, identifying positioning, value propositions, competitive comparisons, research and data insights and target audiences that will inform development of marketing content and assetsDevelops positioning and go-to-market approach for new product launches and key product enhancementsServes as day-to-day marketing contact to business partners and Product Readiness, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to align go-to-market strategy and tactics with the product roadmap for new and existing productsLeverages research, data, and insights to lead campaign plans, clearly identifying target client segments, markets, and sales channels that will drive greatest revenue and adoptionWorks with Sales and Omnichannel Marketing partners to develop and activate targeted campaigns, content, and collateral through appropriate channels including presentations, websites, video, email campaigns, social media content, advertising, and case studies with a wide range of contributors and delivery mechanismsCollaborates with internal and external communications teams to ensure key messaging is integrated across executive communications, team member communications, product communications, and industry communications/PRCoordinates the alignment of resources to support listed responsibilities from adjacent shared Marketing functions (Brand Marketing, Research & Market Intelligence, IdeaBar, Communications, Industry Relations & Events)Travel: 10%What's In It for You?

Minimum:

Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 6 years of product, portfolio, or solutions marketing experience for a B2B or B2C organization. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field.1 year of experience in management or lead roleBalanced mix of strategic and executional capabilitiesDemonstrated knowledge of digital, traditional and social media communicationsStrong written communication, verbal communication, and presentation skillsStrong collaboration skills, team player with a customer-centric focus and the ability to develop partnerships in a matrixed organizationProject Management, technical/analytical skills; Able to manage different projects at the same timeAbility to work with remote management and teamsTrack record of utilizing research and insights to identify new market opportunities and develop customer strategies to execute against those opportunitiesExperience launching new products with specific goal alignment. Familiar with product development lifecycle a plusExperience writing and executing marketing plansKnowledgeable about marketing strategy, advertising, and market researchTravel: 10%Preferred:

Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications; master's degree preferred.Automotive experience is a plus

USD 116,500.00 - 194,200.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $116,500.00 - $194,200.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
