Senior National Account Manager - Distribution

Overall Purpose The primary function of this role is to call on our largest distribution customers (ADI, Westco/Anixter) along with key strategic accounts. The goal is to drive year over year revenue growth by working closely with the customers headquarters, their internal teams and the various field resources throughout the business. The role will work collaboratively with other sales team members in the 3xLOGIC organization to drive sales in the field. Job Duties Grow revenue year over year and achieve sales quota for each identified distribution and Strategic Account Expand relationships and manage specific national account customers. Work with identified National Accounts to drive product and RMR sales with new and existing end user customers. Work with key customers to identify and address specific needs. Bring identified needs back to business for product development. Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients requirements are met. Identify and attract prospective new strategic customers. Responsible for annual contracts and dealer agreement with strategic customers Collect and analyze sales data and trends. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards. Work with customer Sales and Marketing departments to implement sales strategies for growth Requirements and skills Proven work experience calling on distribution at the corporate level 7+ year experience in the security industry for product/software sales Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting clients requirements In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel Excellent analytical and organizational skills Strong communication skills Ability to lead and motivate team members. Availability to travel as needed. 50% Travel The salary shown comprises a base salary plus variable compensation.
