Apply today to join a team dedicated to excellence in property management and providing exceptional experiences for residents.As the Building Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Association in accordance with the Associations guidelines. This role requires a proactive and skilled leader to ensure a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for all residents. You will manage staff, oversee budgetary needs, and serve as the main point of contact between the Board of Directors and the building team. This position involves multiple key responsibilities, from maintaining operating budgets to managing payroll and handling key operational objectives.Key Responsibilities:Daily Operations:

Oversee and manage the daily activities and overall operations of the high-rise building.Staff Management:

Control staffing needs, including hiring, dismissals, promotions, and other personnel decisions.Budget and Financial Oversight:

Maintain and optimize operating budgets, payroll, and ensure adherence to financial goals set by the Board of Directors.Policy Implementation:

Establish and enforce policies and procedures that align with the Associations documents and board directives.Resident Relations:

Maintain a positive, productive relationship with residents, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.Health and Safety Compliance:

Ensure all health and safety regulations are met, creating a secure environment for residents and staff.Board Collaboration:

Provide regular updates and reports to the Board of Directors, attend board meetings, and oversee capital improvement projects as needed.Requirements:Proven experience in a management role within building operations or property management, preferably within a high-rise or luxury residential setting.Strong financial management experience, including budgeting and payroll.Knowledge of business processes (HR, finance, procurement, operations).Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to meeting resident and Board expectations.Active Florida CAM License (required).If you're a skilled manager with a commitment to excellence in property operations, wed love to hear from you!
