This position is responsible for supporting members of the Medical Staff in the quality and efficiency of clinical services and performance and for the effectiveness of the performance improvement/professional practice evaluation functions delegated to the Medical Staff.

Coordinator facilitates plan execution for improvement opportunities as identified by physician leadership and departments of the Medical Staff, preparation and validation of ongoing and focused professional practice evaluation reports and peer review activities. This position also supports various Medical Staff committees with meeting preparation, logistics and documentation.

This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Corporate Services. ICARE standards must be demonstrated. Adherence to Code of Conduct and other policies is required.JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Training/Experience:REQUIRED:Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Business or related field3 to 5 years healthcare experienceStrong verbal and written skills including presentation skills in front of large and small groupsRequires advanced ability with Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and AccessProven skills in report development and the ability to learn new reporting systems quickly
