Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectabilityFully proficient with title laws and registration processMaintains proficiency and certifications as required for the positionAutomotive Finance Manager / Automotive F&I Manager accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes dealsEnsures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelinesPrepares paperwork, contracts and delivers dealsPrepares and mails all deal packages with complete and proper documentation to lenders or follows any other process that may be in place in their respective departmentAccurately audits team deals post-saleEnsures the expeditious funding of all contractsREQUIREMENTS
Being honest, transparent and a driven team playerPutting people firstProviding the highest quality environment and productsKnowledge of dealership finance and insurance proceduresProfessional personal appearance & excellent communication skills.Basic knowledge; computer software and internet proficiencyExcellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skillsProfessional AppearanceMust have a valid driver's license
