If youre a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills, we encourage you to apply!**Responsibilities**+ **Month-End Close:** Lead the month-end close process, including reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.+ **Global consolidation:** responsible for the global consolidation of month end results, including chart of accounts, data mapping, and publishing of final internal results.+ **Intercompany Accounting:** own the global intercompany accounting process including working capital eliminations, intercompany loans, and cash repatriation accounting.+ **Team Management:** Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support.+ **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes and implement best practices.+ **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with the Companys accounting and reporting policies.**Qualifications**+ Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.+ Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.+ Strong knowledge of US GAAP.+ Excellent communication and leadership skills.+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
