If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Project Manager - S/4 HANA Implementation to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).Day to Day Responsibilities:Work with IT leadership and the ERP/Business Application Managers, to realize our enterprise application roadmap.Develop project plans and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityLead the development and implementation of a broad, coordinated set of plans and programs to meet the goals and priorities of the organization.Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetAssist in establishing realistic timelines and goals for project deliverablesDemonstrate superior collaboration skills and techniques which appropriately define alternate solutions; resolve conflicts; and create partnerships with team members and stakeholdersWork seamlessly with Organizational Change Management to drive change to ensure project success while taking full account of obstacles, opposition, and differing stakeholder prioritiesDevelop / maintain detailed project budgetsFollow standard project methodology frameworks to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costsMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniquesManage project status, risks and issues with appropriate escalation mechanismPro-actively develop and implement strategies that significantly mitigate program/project riskEstablish contacts and cultivate relationships and a network both inside and outside of EnerSysConduct follow-up meetings with stakeholders and team members to continuously improve project management processes and toolkitsBasic Qualifications:8+ years of in-depth experience in SAP S/4 HANA and/or SAP ECC across configuration, implementation and project management domainsMinimum of 2 end to end SAP S/4 HANA implementations for a large enterprise (combination of brown field and green field) in Manufacturing organization strongly desired.TRAVEL REQUIRED: US based with ability to travel throughout the US.Preferred Skills:Strong IT Application Project Management skills requiredPMI or equivalent certification / relevant experience preferred. Solid analytical / problem solving skills required.Ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective.Proven experience structuring frameworks/approaches to complex problem-solving experience in LEAN processes is strongly preferredExperience working successfully in large, complex, fast-paced organizationsCertification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince II.
