As an Account Manager, you will support our operational efforts under the guidance of the Senior Account Advisors. You will manage the day-to-day operations of client accounts, work closely with internal departments to ensure successful product launches, and communicate with clients through calls and emails. This position offers a mix of client management, customer service, and data analysis, all in a dynamic environment.

This is a full-time, in-office position in Los Angeles with potential for growth, performance-based reviews at 60/90/120 days, and bonus opportunities based on results.

Responsibilities and Areas of Need

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, including replenishment reports and call recaps.Collaborate with internal teams, such as copywriting and listing creation, to ensure timely product launches.Coordinate with advertising managers to optimize campaigns and drive sales for clients.Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, lasting client relationships.Skills That Will Enable You to Thrive

Strong passion for
