About this role:We are seeking an experienced Ad Operations Manager to oversee the trafficking, tracking, and maintenance of digital campaigns across multiple channels. You will be the critical link between our internal teams, media agency, and clients, ensuring that all campaign assets are set up correctly and delivered on time for a major automotive client.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with media agencies to traffic and manage digital campaigns across diverse channels, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.Serve as the point of contact for clients and internal teams to ensure that campaign setup, asset tracking, and performance tracking follow best practices and meet all required standards.Complete Creative Specification Documents (CSDs) for Monks-created assets and work with the brand team to assign creatives to the appropriate placements.Upload Monks-created assets to media agency platforms (e.g., Bart, Innovid) and media vendor systems as required, ensuring seamless creative execution.Manage daily campaign operations, including asset trafficking, tracking, and reporting, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization.Continuously refine and optimize Ad Ops processes, identifying areas for improvement in campaign setup, tracking, and asset management.Provide ongoing support to the internal teams, troubleshooting any issues that arise and maintaining a high level of campaign performance.Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in ad operations at a media agency or similar environment, with a focus on digital media.Proficient in DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM) or similar ad-serving platforms.Experience with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) such as Innovid, BART, and others.Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Nice-to-Have:
Familiarity with third-party ad tracking systems.Experience with automotive clientsPrior experience working with large-scale clients or within a global organization.
