About This Role
The Treasury Analyst is expected to contribute materially to the group's treasury operational and risk management goals. You will support our regional liquidity activities to help minimize business risk and maximize the organization's profitability. This role is highly dynamic and will aid in a successful transition of the Commercial and Residential Fire business. The candidate will prepare detailed ad hoc and monthly reports for managers and senior leadership, providing valuable insights into financial performance and program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:Assist in the cash forecasting activities and support the development and enhancement of existing modeling tools and techniques. Assist business units with letters of credit and bank guarantees
Coordinate credit facility applications
Support with capital injections, dividends, and intercompany loan requests
Preparation and review of medium/long term currency forecasts/exposures
Support development and execution of a monthly intercompany netting process
Support on development and maintenance of trading systems as well as operating procedures
Recommend new treasury products and process improvements.
Communicate, collaborate, and coordinate with other members of the treasury group, as well as other headquarter and business functions as appropriate and necessary in the performance of day-to-day work
Undertake special projects as required.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business
2+ years of Corporate Finance, Banking or Treasury experience
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office - advanced excel skills required
Demonstrated Computer proficiency with ability to learn new software/systems
System experience with card processing platforms, automated approvals and electronic payments, etc. a plus
Familiarity with banking platforms (CashPro, Access, CEO) a plus
JDE experience or other ERP systems and card processing systems a plus
Active learner with ability to learn new systems quickly
Strong verbal and written communication skills a must along with ability to work with all levels within the organization
Must be a team player who is detailed-oriented, organized, and efficient, with analytical and problem solving skills, follow up skills and who works responsibly and independently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment utilizing multi-tasking skills and to meet deadlines daily, weekly and monthly
Ability to work with all levels within the organization
