Accepting Locum OR Locum to Perm candidatesCoverage needed due to physician retirementHospital-based practice settingSchedule: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., call coverage for entire week if working that weekAverage of 8-11 cases daily, with high volume of paracentesis, thoracentesis, and biopsiesLevel 3 Trauma Center with an annual ER volume of 55,000EMR: EPIC; teleradiology via Radia on Philips ISite platformTeam: 2 interventional radiologists locally, 25+ system-wide; standard hospital IR support staffPatient population: Adults (includes geriatric and adolescent patients)Board Certification required: AOBR or ABRFellowship training required in Interventional Radiology (IR)Required procedures: Angiography, CT, UltrasoundRequired interventional procedures: Angioplasty, stent placement, chemoembolization, embolization, aortic aneurysm endograft stent, needle biopsy, thrombolysis, and kyphoplastyCredentialing timeframe: Approximately 3-4 monthsCertification Requirements
