Remote EPIC Cadence Analyst

Our client is seeking an experienced EPIC Cadence Applications Analyst to work remotely. The ideal candidate must possess EPIC Security Certification and have expertise in Cadence Decision Tree, break-fix problem resolution, Nova (Epic Upgrade) notes, and New DEP Cadence Build. The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of software applications, as well as collaborating with business owners and vendors to recommend solutions to complex problems.Key responsibilities include Decision Tree build for onboarding specialties to the centralized Patient Call Center, implementation of new requests, workflow optimization, and assisting with high-priority break-fix tickets.
