A Leasing Associate is essential to our property management success. You'll drive the leasing process and contribute to resident satisfaction through professional customer service, effective property marketing, and detailed follow-up from the office environment. As a floating team member, you'll support multiple properties in your assigned region, providing consistent service while ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations.Job DutiesLeasing and Sales ActivitiesConduct professional property tours to prospective residents at various assigned propertiesManage prospect follow-up through phone, email, and text communicationProcess rental applications and verify all required documentationSupport multiple properties in meeting monthly leasing goals and occupancy targetsGenerate qualified traffic through various marketing channelsProvide coverage and support at different property locations as neededMarketing and Administrative SupportMaintain property marketing materials and online presence for assigned propertiesUpdate apartment availability and pricing regularly in property management softwareSupport property teams with marketing initiatives and resident communicationsCoordinate with property teams to ensure accurate unit informationAssist in organizing property promotional materials and campaignsCustomer Service and Office OperationsProvide exceptional customer service to prospects and current residentsProcess and coordinate resident move-in/move-out documentationSupport resident retention efforts through professional communicationAddress resident inquiries and concerns professionallyMaintain accurate guest cards and prospect documentationAssist with phones and office coverage across multiple propertiesAdministrative and ComplianceProcess lease applications and renewals according to company standardsMaintain organized and compliant resident filesAdhere to Fair Housing, ADA, and other relevant regulationsComplete daily activity reports and leasing documentationAssist with monthly market surveys and competitive analysisSupport accounts receivable processes as neededCoordinate with multiple property teams to ensure smooth operationsIdeal Candidate Profile

The compensation for this position is $18/hr. with overtime as needed; along with bonus compensation for each lease completed.In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.RequirementsBasic Requirements
High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1 year experience in customer service, sales, or hospitalityValid driver's license and reliable transportation (for traveling between properties)Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong verbal and written communication skillsProfessional phone etiquette and email communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyWillingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with prospectsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailMust be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as neededAbility to travel between multiple properties within the regionPhysical ability to conduct property tours, including walking and climbing stairsPreferred Qualifications (not required but beneficial):Some college educationPrior leasing or property management experienceExperience with Appfolio / Buildium or similar property management softwareBackground in sales or marketingExperience working in a team-oriented, multi-location environmentBilingual abilitiesSocial media marketing experienceBenefitsComprehensive Health Coverage: The company offers excellent medical insurance options for Team Members, with the option to include spouse or family coverage.
