Job SummaryInventory Coordinators provide support to all areas of distribution operations. Primary focus on labor activities, data analytics and reporting labor and building metrics.
Job DescriptionExperience Required: 0 to 6 monthsExperience Desired: 1-3 years experience: MS Excel, working on a team in an office environment. Data analytics or database knowledge a plusDetail orientedStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Team player and eager to learnWork on site (6:00 am - 2:00 pm)Possible weekend hoursEducation Desired: High school diploma or equivalentCertification or Licensing Required: NoneLifting Requirement: Up to 50 poundsTravel Required: NoneAge Requirement: At least 18 years of ageJob ResponsibilitiesAssist management team with all requests
Complete daily labor corrections in labor management system
Process daily & weekly PCWs (Performance Counseling Worksheet)
Finalize and upload weekly incentive reports
Complete daily labor templates and update building KPI reports
Enter new hires into labor management system
Organize and file team member labor performance reports
Communicate with multiple building operation teams, HR and union about labor data.
Audit labor letters for signature
