To learn more about EverGrain and our ingredients visit www.evergrainingredients.com.Purpose of the RoleAs the Maintenance Planner out of our St. Louis Headquarters you will be responsible to plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities for EverGrains critical assets. You will work collaboratively with other maintenance technicians, engineering, operations & quality teams, and project managers to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of equipment and machinery.The maintenance planners role is crucial to the success of EverGrain, as your work will ensure that EverGrain can operate without unexpected downtime, by ensuring that maintenance tasks are scheduled and completed before any breakdowns or failures occur. A successful Maintenance Planner will allow EverGrain to achieve its ambitious production and financial goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage detailed maintenance schedules and work orders.Coordinate and schedule all maintenance activities to maintenance, automation, operation and quality teams.Ensuring that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed, equipment condition, and maintenance costs.Work with engineering, operations & quality teams to plan and implement equipment modifications and upgrades.Procure necessary maintenance supplies and equipment.Work with vendors and contractors as needed.Participate in the development and implementation of maintenance policies, procedures, best practices and budgets.Support Storeroom / spare parts management.Key RequirementsChemE, ME, EE or equivalent technical degree is preferred, proven experience as a Maintenance Planner or similar role in a technical field is preferred.2+ years maintenance experience preferred.Black Belt and/or Green Belt certification is preferred.Excellent understanding of maintenance operations and equipment.Strong organizational and planning skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in computational skills (excel, word, planner etc) and using maintenance planning and scheduling software (CMMS).Good knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.Familiarity with maintenance equipment and supplies procurement processes.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Strong problem-solving skills.
