Meet, greet and seat guests with a positive, friendly and helpful attitude. Serve as a general source of information to all guests entering the multi-experiential live music venue, bar and restaurant. Model teamwork, service and integrity to foster a positive and productive work environment. Work with a team to deliver exceptional service to guests through unforgettable experiences.
Greet all guests promptly and courteously in a professional manner.Control flow of guests coming into restaurant and those waiting for a table. Direct guests to appropriate location to wait when needed. Estimate and quote accurate wait times for tables.Seat guests at a pace that maximizes service efficiency and overall operations performance.Show guests to tables, place menu on table, and wait for guests to be seated before leaving the table.Control and monitor a waitlist through OpenTable, collecting the relevant guest information.Thank each guest for visiting the restaurant and invite them to return in a friendly and sincere manner. Communicate any guest concerns/complaints to management.Communicate to hosts, kitchen and venue leadership ongoing logistics such as the wait time, parties of eight (8) or more, any planned special event, and other necessary information to ensure proper flow.Attend pre-shift meetings before each shift. Perform defined opening/running/closing duties.Maintain a clean and orderly food service environment during operation and at end of shift, following sanitation procedures required by health regulatory agencies, focusing on both host and public areas.Support basic front-of-house service needs; deliver food and beverages to table and pre-bus as necessary.Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance, alcohol awareness training and company policies.Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to leadership. Follow and support brand standard operating procedures (SOPs).Perform other duties as assigned.Education
