Embedded Software Engineer

Job Title: Embedded Software EngineerJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our team. You will work on developing embedded software primarily in C, with some projects in C++ and Python. This role involves working independently as the sole software engineer at this location, collaborating with the engineering team and contributing to new product development efforts.Hard Skills+ 3-4 years of experience in embedded software development+ Proficiency in C/C++ and Python+ Experience with Embedded Linux and DevOps tools+ Ability to design, develop, code, test, and debug system software+ Experience programming MCUs (e.g., ST M series) in C+ Knowledge of industrial communication platforms (Ethernet, ModBus, ProfiBus, WiFi, etc.)+ Experience with writing drivers on hardware components+ Board level hardware work+ Experience with Arduino/Raspberry Pi, CAN, communication protocols, robotics, PLC controllersSoft Skills+ Strong communication skills+ Ability to work independently+ Creativity in problem-solving+ Team collaborationJob TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).About ActalentActalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
