Our Commercial Policy Processing department is currently seeking a policy support assistant. This associate will support our Commercial Lines department in servicing agencies by processing tasks needed in the areas of reporting, e-CLAS, certified copies, motor vehicle reports, auto filings, cancellations/reinstatements, and conditional, non-renewals, and cancellation notices. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.

Many departments at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio, offer hybrid work options, empowering associates to work from home several days a week. Depending on your role and responsibilities, hybrid options may be available for those working at headquarters.

Starting pay:

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $21.00 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
